How to Add Emojis

  1. Open your chatflow in the editor
  2. Select a Message component
  3. Click the emoji icon in the message editor
  4. Browse or search for the emoji you want
  5. Click to insert it into your message

Emojis can be used in any text-based component including Messages, Single Choice options, and CTA buttons.
