How to Integrate

  1. Navigate to Bots and select your bot
  2. Go to 3rd Party Integrations
  3. Search for Close CRM
  4. Click Connect
  5. Enter your Close CRM API key
  6. Map chatbot fields to CRM fields
  7. Save the integration
