How to Use Conversation History for Training
- Navigate to Bots and select your bot
- Click Bot Training
- Select the Conversation History tab
- Review past conversations
- Select relevant conversations to include in training
- The AI will use these interactions to improve future responses

- Regularly review conversation logs for training opportunities
- Focus on conversations where the bot provided incorrect or incomplete answers
- Remove sensitive or irrelevant data before training
