How to Enable

  1. Navigate to Bots and select your bot
  2. Go to AI Settings
  3. Find the Chat Summary option
  4. Enable the toggle

What It Does

  • Automatically summarises each conversation after it ends
  • Highlights key topics discussed
  • Identifies user intent and sentiment
  • Available in the Inbox for quick review
