Tags help you categorise and organise contacts for better segmentation and targeted communication.
How to Create Tags
- Go to Settings > Tags
- Click Add Tag
- Enter a tag name and optional description
- Choose a colour for visual identification
- Save the tag
How to Use Tags
- Apply tags to contacts manually from the Inbox
- Auto-assign tags via chatflow components
- Filter contacts by tag in your contact list
- Use tags for targeted WhatsApp broadcasts
